Maintenance & Repair
Irrigation systems, like most things, need to be maintained. Even brand new systems need to be checked on a regular basis. a well maintained system is always a more reliable system that works when you need it most.
Irrigation and pumping systems if left unchecked, have been known to cause quite a lot of damage and cost. We have found simple things, such as missing or blocked sprinkler heads and breaks in pipe can cause plant loss and damage to garden beds and/or lawns. With pumps and related equipment these losses can become so much more. Burnt out pumps mean big money. These sorts of problems are found quite often and can be corrected if found early with minimal cost.
Irrigation is a specilaised expertise, if you need a system installed it may seem anyone can do it, the question is how well can they do it. We find many time we are called to repair a system and redesign it as it doesn;t do the job it was supposed to do if work at all. Included in our client base are gardeners and landscapers as they want the job done right the first time and have learn't that irrigation truly is a specialised set of skills obtained only from many years of experience and a variety of qualifications. We not only are qualified plumbers, we are trained and have certificates in wiring, irrigation auditing, agronimist, qualified horticulturlist, test and tag, pumping, hydraulics and confined spaces.
